Job Description
ASK Development Limited seeks a full-time, in-person Helpline Agent for a reputable telecom company in Islamabad. The role includes on-road assignments and requires a Bachelor’s degree and prior customer service (CSR) experience.
Primary responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls courteously and professionally
- Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain and update customer account information
Salary: Rs37,00–60,00 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
