Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- In-bound call handling
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate (Required)
- Fluency in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer care or call center, preferably with UK-based campaigns
- Salary: Rs 45,00 per month with incentives up to Rs 15,00

- Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) with work from home options available after probation
