Job Description
A renowned telecommunications company is in search of a talented Customer Services Representative. The selected candidate will be tasked with:
- Managing inbound calls
- Delivering effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or related campaigns within the UK
Salary: ₹45,00, with incentives of up to ₹15,00
