Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, offer online support, ensure timely follow-up on issue resolutions, generate and close network trouble tickets, and meticulously maintain records of faults.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Proficient in English and Urdu
- Location: Islamabad
- Preferred experience: 6 months to 2 years
- Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 with performance-based incentives
- Work Shift: Rotational
