Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited is seeking a full-time Field FTTx Manager to manage on‑the‑road O&M of GPON, metro, and carrier networks. Duties include OFC rehabilitation, revamp and expansion; contingency planning and traffic diversion during emergencies; enhancing resilience and reducing outages via ring completion; arranging fiber pairs and resolving low‑power issues; coordinating with government agencies on route protection and relocation claims; performing PMR (repairs to handholes, joints, aerials), PAT of network elements; and maintaining GIS/KMZ cable routes. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years of FTTH field quality, deployment, and operations experience. Salary range: 110k–130k.
