Job Description
ASK Development, a well-established telecom company, is in search of enthusiastic candidates for the role of Inbound Customer Care Agent. In this position, you will act as a Banking Helpline Agent, where your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering calls with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate account information.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Experience: At least 6 months in a customer service role within the banking sector
- Location: Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives available.
