Job Description
ASK Development is on the lookout for skilled call center professionals to join our team as an Upseller + Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a strong focus on client engagement and project management. This full-time position requires availability from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week, based in Nazimabad, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify upselling opportunities with clients.
- Manage client relationships and oversee project phases.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address client concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management.
- Proficient in English with a neutral US accent.
