Job Description
Aspire92 is seeking a skilled Payroll and Tax Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in payroll software, QuickBooks, and tax regulations, combined with a solid accounting background. This position emphasizes delivering outstanding professional services to our clients through advanced cloud-based solutions for payroll, taxation, and accounting.
Key responsibilities include the preparation and filing of 1099 and W2 forms, overseeing payroll processes, and maintaining effective communication with U.S. clients via phone, text, and email.
Qualified candidates should hold ACCA, CA (partially qualified), or equivalent certifications, be proficient in English, and have hands-on experience with U.S. payroll systems.
