Job Description
AsSuffa School of Excellence is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee recruitment processes, maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll preparation, ensure compliance with labor regulations, support performance management initiatives, and address employee inquiries to promote a positive workplace culture.
We require candidates to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with previous HR experience being advantageous. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
