Job Description
AffinityVibez, a leading business management consultancy in Pakistan, is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive. This full-time role is essential for optimizing our HR operations, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key responsibilities include supporting HR managers in daily operations, developing employee performance strategies, addressing employee concerns professionally, and sourcing candidates via multiple channels.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to delegate tasks effectively, strong conflict resolution capabilities, and fluency in English. Experience with HR Management software, such as SAP, is highly desirable.
