AffinityVibez, a premier business management consultancy in Pakistan, is seeking applications for the position of Customer Service Representative at AV Private Limited. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and technical support through various channels, efficiently resolve issues, and maintain precise documentation of client interactions.

Ideal candidates will exhibit strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Familiarity with SAP and CRM software is advantageous.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between Rs60,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, inclusive of EOBI benefits and performance-based bonuses.
