Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Boy to assist with our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, and skilled in performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve refreshments to staff and guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks.
- Run office errands, including document delivery and supply purchases.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
