About the Role:

Axix Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring Trainee Outbound Sales Agents to join our dynamic international sales team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to grow in international telesales and customer support—especially in the UK market. Ideal candidates will have O/A Levels education, a confident speaking style, and a passion for sales.

You’ll receive guidance, sales training, and hands-on exposure to outbound campaigns, with the opportunity to earn in GBP through commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK-based leads and prospects
• Engage customers with confidence and professionalism
• Introduce company products/services and convert leads into sales
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer data
• Follow up on warm leads and manage outbound campaigns
• Work according to UK business hours
• Support clients with post-sale communication and care
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the team lead

Requirements:

• Education: O Levels / A Levels preferred (Minimum Intermediate required)
• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent is a must)
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic computer literacy (CRM or call tools experience is a plus)
• Punctual, responsible, and comfortable with outbound calling
