Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise designated sections and enhance customer service.
- Increase sales through effective management.
- Train staff and new hires on company standards.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts within the department.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a reputable retail brand.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel functions.
