Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead product planning, assortment, pricing, and vendor partnerships to maximize sales and margins. The role requires strategic development of merchandising plans, rigorous analysis of sales and trend data, and accurate demand forecasting to optimize inventory levels.
- Drive assortment and pricing strategies; negotiate supplier terms.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing, and operations to ensure consistent in‑store and online presentation.
- Monitor performance, forecast demand, and implement inventory optimization.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field; minimum 5 years’ merchandising experience; advanced Excel and analytical skills; proven negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities; ability to meet deadlines and lead cross‑functional projects.
