Job Description

BGE Limited is currently seeking a meticulous Admin Manager with a robust background in hotel management, particularly with Booking.com operations, as well as accounting expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hotel administration, bookings, and guest records.
• Manage transactions on Booking.com, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Handle account management, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Ensure seamless office operations and coordination among team members.
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for efficient data management.
• Supervise the preparation of monthly financial reports and compliance checks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in hotel management and accounting.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
