Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles is currently seeking a skilled Textile Finishing Supervisor to manage the finishing process of various fabrics, including Shafoon, lawn, cotton, and linen. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, strict adherence to quality standards, and punctual delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finishing operations.
- Optimize machine performance and enhance team productivity.
- Ensure fabric quality through collaboration with the quality control team.
- Develop and train staff to achieve daily goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate: At least 5 years of experience in textile finishing, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
