Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in implementing best practices.
- Maintain and update employee records in our online system.
- Execute and oversee an organized filing system.
- Assist employees and candidates with payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage calendars.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal staff.
Requirements:
- Experience: Fresh graduates welcome.
- Qualification: BBA in Human Resource Management.
