Job Description
We invite you to become a valuable part of our team at Blackstone Global Resource Ltd as a Call Center Agent in the UK. This full-time role is based in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, offering a competitive salary between $40,00 and $60,00, commensurate with experience. The working hours are from 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Care Home industry
- Exceptional communication, hiring, and training skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline
Key responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting cold calls, executing phone interviews, coordinating client communication, and training new team members.
