Job Description
Bliss Textile Industries seeks an experienced Knitting Production Executive to lead circular knitting operations at our Karachi facility. You will oversee daily production, ensure proper machine setup and preventive maintenance, and enforce yarn lot and shade consistency. Conduct fabric quality checks (GSM, diameter, slub, lycra, counts), identify and rectify knitting faults, manage operators, and coordinate with QC and merchandising to achieve shift targets.
- Minimum 10 years’ knitting production experience; hands‑on with Pai Lung, Mayer, and Fukuhara machines
- Proficient with single jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, and pique fabrics; strong production planning and communication skills
- Full‑time, on‑site role; Master’s degree preferred
