Job Description
BLS International Services is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointment scheduling, understanding applicant requirements, scrutinizing documentation, conducting biometrics, and managing cash transactions. Additionally, you will be tasked with delivering applications to the mission and promoting value-added services to our clients.
We seek individuals with exceptional communication skills and a minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in the visa and travel industry, as well as proficiency in the Italian language.
