Job Description
Join BMA Capital Management Limited as a Customer Support and Online Sales Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients in opening trading accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat, and efficiently resolve any complaints. Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Customer service experience, ideally in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Pakistan stock exchange and trading practices.
