Job Description
About the Role:
- Engage regularly with current clients to foster strong relationships.
- Manage client interactions by providing support, showcasing products, and addressing inquiries.
- Facilitate the contract renewal process by following up on updated rates and obtaining client signatures on revised agreements as necessary.
- Contribute to our client base expansion by identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and aiding in the sales closure process.
