Job Description
Brandix Soft is excited to welcome a motivated HR Intern to our dynamic team! In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to extending final offers, all while working closely with our experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through various platforms.
- Screen resumes to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Facilitate interview coordination with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn, particularly in recruitment for sales positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location: Gulberg 3 | Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Internship Duration: 3 months
