Job Description
Brickclay is actively seeking a committed HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA or MBA and will oversee tasks such as managing employment resumes, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant logs.
Key responsibilities include facilitating HR orientations for new hires, processing termination paperwork, verifying unemployment claims, and addressing employee complaints and job analyses. The HR Executive will also uphold confidentiality, maintain personnel records, and contribute to the development of HR strategies organization-wide.
The position requires strong reporting skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective verbal communication. This is a full-time role with a monthly salary range of Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00.
