Job Description
Join our dynamic team at c2o as a Taxi Booking Operator with expertise in Cordic Software. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers in the UK for taxi bookings and modifications.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing Airport Reservations.
- Processing Payments via Phone.
- Routing Complaints to Appropriate Departments.
- Resolving Driver Inquiries and Issues.
Strong listening abilities and a clear British accent are critical for providing exceptional customer service. Experience in an inbound call center is highly preferred.

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
