Job Description
Cab 800 Pakistan is seeking a motivated individual for a part-time Customer Service cum Marketing Associate role. This position combines customer service excellence with marketing support to enhance satisfaction and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve issues and maintain customer records.
- Assist with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor feedback to refine strategies.
- Update social media and promotional content.
Qualifications: High school diploma, customer service experience, strong marketing knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs15,00.00/month for 7 hours/week.
