Job Description
Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Taxi Dispatcher to handle inbound UK customer calls. Responsibilities include airport bookings, payment by phone, amending or canceling reservations, tracking flight information, escalating complaints, and resolving driver queries. The role requires liaison with UK supervisors, prompt quotations, and efficient customer‑driver coordination to uphold service standards.
- Minimum 1 year CSR experience with UK-based cabs
- Proficiency in iCabbi, Autocab, and Cordic
- Fluent English with a British accent required
- 11-month, in-person contract; salary Rs80,00–Rs120,00 per month
