Job Description
Cakes and Bakes, a vibrant organization based in Lahore, is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for our Customer Care team. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in BBA/MBA or a Master’s in Marketing, along with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
The suitable candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a strong customer-oriented approach. Key responsibilities include leading the customer care team, effectively resolving customer complaints, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Compensation for this position ranges from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
