Job Description
We are Call Courier Pvt Ltd Company, seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, your primary responsibilities include attending incoming calls on our UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days. You will maintain a log of complaints and queries, route them to the relevant departments, and respond to complaints within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
