Job Description
We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Systems & Process Executive at CBA. The selected candidate will be pivotal in driving operational excellence by developing and standardizing business processes, while ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Standardize and thoroughly document operational processes
- Oversee and manage operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Facilitate effective communication among all departments
- Establish and manage access protocols for systems
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, Six Sigma Certification, and 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Telecom or Fintech industry.
Location: Lahore (In-person)
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
