Job Description
CBRE is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) division, specializing in civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intricate projects, ensuring their completion on time and within budget constraints.
The role involves overseeing all stages of MEP project planning, execution, and delivery, while effectively coordinating between teams and clients to achieve superior results. Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities are critical for success in this position.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, coupled with relevant project management certification and substantial experience in MEP systems, is mandatory.
