Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor for our Bhai Phero station. This full-time, permanent role requires an immediate start and on-site presence. The incumbent will oversee daily station operations, monitor staff performance, enforce SOP compliance, and promptly resolve operational issues. You will coordinate with management and field teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
- Prior operations or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on-site
