Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator experienced in lathe and milling operations to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision components to specification.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Adjust machine settings, load tooling, and perform setup.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain accurate production records.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, relevant CNC training and hands-on experience. Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
