Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is currently seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to assist clients with immigration processes pertaining to study, work, and permanent residency abroad. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and demonstrate a successful history in navigating clients through complex procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide updated guidance on immigration laws for countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa types and suggest appropriate immigration pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to immigration authorities.
- Stay informed about ongoing changes in immigration legislation.
- Advise clients on compliance requirements.
