Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers by addressing inquiries, providing comprehensive product information, and supporting sales and collection initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls for sales outreach and follow-ups.
- Respond to inbound calls, effectively resolving customer questions.
- Deliver precise information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve call targets.
Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), previous telecalling experience is advantageous, along with excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
