Job Description
CLAIM WOLF GROUP is seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to become an integral part of our team. This on-site role requires you to recruit qualified candidates, maintain a talent pool for future openings, and implement best practices to boost employee performance. You will be responsible for collecting business intelligence to evaluate employee effectiveness, resolve workplace challenges, and facilitate clear communication regarding performance policies.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience. Our work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM to 5:45 PM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,00 to Rs35,00 per month, in addition to quarterly performance incentives.
