Job Description
ClearPath Orthodontics is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance lead conversion from diverse channels including social media, our website, WhatsApp, and BTL activities. Your role will involve efficiently addressing customer inquiries, managing inbound and outbound calls, and conducting follow-up communications to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior call center experience with strong customer service abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills; a Bachelor’s degree is required.
