Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Debt Collection Specialist to join our team at Cloud Data Pvt Ltd in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include identifying customers with outstanding debts, reaching out to debtors to facilitate timely repayments, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, developing effective debt collection strategies, negotiating payment plans, and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in debt collections. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.
