Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is actively seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and clients, addressing customer concerns, conducting cold calls, and verifying provider information. Candidates must possess at least 1 year of experience in medical billing, customer relations, or sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills, persistence in lead conversion, and adept problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this position.
