Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, assisting clients, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers. Your key duties will include conducting cold calls to potential clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. A thorough understanding of medical billing processes and proficiency in NPI lookup is required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, confidence in making cold calls, and effective time management. This is a full-time position located in Bahria Town Phase 7, with operational hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
