Job Description
The Key Accounts Executive plays a pivotal role in cultivating and managing relationships with our most valued clients. This position is focused on understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue growth. As the principal point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our key clients.
Key Responsibilities: Forge strong client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling, implement strategies for revenue growth, maintain customer satisfaction, monitor account metrics, develop tailored account plans, negotiate contracts, and effectively resolve issues.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in account management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
