Job Description
Confidential company seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory optimization, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary of Rs150,00/month.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–8 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, ISO standards, and lean warehousing preferred.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), inventory control, and analytical problem-solving; ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
