Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is on the lookout for a skilled and professional Call Center Agent to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Urdu and/or Punjabi and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu and/or Punjabi
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Able to manage both inbound and outbound calls
