Job Description
ConnectX is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls, generate sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve building sustainable relationships with customers through effective communication, providing accurate information, and meeting sales targets.
To succeed, you should have a high school diploma, 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong phone handling and active listening skills are essential.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between Rs50,00.00 and Rs60,00.00.
