Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include:
- Daily market visits to meet current and prospective customers.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; develop new accounts and retain existing clients.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports for management review.
Qualifications: Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred), 1–2 years of field sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, target-oriented, familiar with local routes and customers, and willing to travel daily. Full-time, in-person position. Salary: Rs40,00–45,00 per month.
