Job Description

KHOJ Resorts seeks an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth across our resort portfolio. The ideal candidate will develop strategic go-to-market plans, build and nurture corporate and travel-trade partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

• Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs; report results to executive leadership.
• Oversee account management for group and leisure markets; negotiate contracts and packages.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize pricing, distribution, and channel performance.
• Minimum 7 years in hospitality sales with proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
