Job Description
Cravings Bakeshop is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing processes, inventory, and supplier relationships to enhance efficiency within our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement process improvements and standardized procedures.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee inventory management with a focus on waste reduction.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
