Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is excited to announce an opening for the position of General Manager of Factory Operations. We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the FMCG/food industry. Ideal candidates will have held managerial roles overseeing production, engineering, and supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities will include managing production processes, engineering maintenance, supply chain logistics, and inventory management, while achieving monthly local and export order targets. A successful candidate must have a proven track record and provide strong references.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person; candidates must be able to commute to the SITE Area.
