Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional general support. You will also collect customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop running Windows 10
- Good quality headset
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps
Shift Details: Full-time night shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
